Preferred Foot & Ankle has an opening for FULL TIME Front Office Medical Receptionist!
We are a FAST paced speciality office located in Gilbert! Hours are Monday-Friday from about 8am-5:30pm.
Preferred Foot and Ankle is a smoke free and drug free environment. All Applicants must pass a drug screening and a background check.
Applicants must be computer literate, know Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Apple Computers and EMR experience is a plus. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
We are looking for a SUPERSTAR self motivator, outgoing, friendly person to add to our team. Candidates must be a team player, and help maintain a positive work environment. You must be able to multi-task. You will be the face of the office and will need to provide a welcoming atmosphere as patients enter the office. If you enjoy helping people and are committed to doing excellent work and being apart of a TEAM then we want to hear from you!
Minimum experience of one year in the Medical Field is PREFERRED*.
Front office duties include and not limited to:
*Greeting patients
*Answering multiple phone lines
*Scheduling patients appointments
*Checking patients in and out
*Collecting money (ie. copays, deductible and coinsurance)
*Managing patient referrals
*Sending Medical records
*Maintaining a clean work space/reception area and waiting room.
*Managing the office flow
*Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
