Role Summary:
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Lead Receptionist / Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in setting the tone for a positive patient experience. We are seeking a professional with a friendly demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong , proficiency with Open Dental software, and a solid understanding of dental insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily functions.
• Provide outstanding customer service, making patients and their families feel welcomed and valued.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient recalls, and follow up on insurance claims.
• Train and oversee front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
• Work closely with dental staff to coordinate patient care and streamline office operations.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office setting.
• Proficiency in Open Dental software.
• Knowledgeable in dental insurance filing, follow-ups, and recall scheduling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A stable work history and a positive, pleasant demeanor.
