Essential Tasks
- Be an effective communicator, greet patients and visitors with a smile and warm welcome!
- Answers phone calls, schedules appointments and coordinate referrals
- Transfers patient inquires and ensures patient follow-up by end of business day
- Prepares new patient records, organizes files and updates patient charts.
- Schedule and confirm appointments; perform insurance verification, as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred
Effective Communication Skills
Proficient computer skills
One Year of Customer Service Experience
One Year of Medical Center Experience
One Year of Call Center Experience preferred
