Summary of Position:
Responsible for the daily management and execution of Emerald Blue’s Safety and Training & Development Program. Maintain positive customer and employee relations. This is a 40 hour/week non-exempt position.
Essential functions:
Must be able to work with little direction, be highly organized and a self-starter. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly effective in written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task including management and oversight of multiple projects running concurrently. Ability to work a varying schedule in concert with the business’ operations. This role will work both in the office and in the field supporting and training members. Successful performance will be based on the following:
