Pearse Partners is Hiring a Vice President of Investor Relations Near New York, NY

Pearse Partners are working with a top tier Asset Manager seeking a motivated and organised individual to assist in expanding its Investor Relations presence in London. The role involves managing all European real estate activities, including coordinating and executing quarterly deliverables and ongoing investor relations tasks. Collaboration with a diverse team, located in both London and New York, on various ad hoc projects and requests is also expected.

Reporting to the European Head of Investor Relations, key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and preparing investor reports, presentations, and communications, such as quarterly fund investor reports, call presentations, case studies, annual meeting presentations, investor meeting materials, fund/transaction updates, and investment summaries.
  • Handling ad hoc reports, presentations, and communications as needed.
  • Assisting in fundraising initiatives across the real estate platform, including preparing marketing materials (fund launch, pitchbook, PPM, ad hoc presentations, etc.), and addressing investor inquiries.
  • Providing ongoing support to existing and prospective investors by promptly addressing questions and requests.
  • Managing and supporting the development of junior team members.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Investor Relations in the region, specifically for Europe-specific products and investments.

Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of real estate fundamentals, 8-10 years of relevant experience, excellent writing and communication skills, creative ability to simplify complicated financial data, superior organisational skills with keen attention to detail, willingness and capability to take ownership of products/deliverables, comfort working independently, and advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
