Pearse Partners are working with a top tier Asset Manager seeking a motivated and organised individual to assist in expanding its Investor Relations presence in London. The role involves managing all European real estate activities, including coordinating and executing quarterly deliverables and ongoing investor relations tasks. Collaboration with a diverse team, located in both London and New York, on various ad hoc projects and requests is also expected.
Reporting to the European Head of Investor Relations, key responsibilities include:
Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of real estate fundamentals, 8-10 years of relevant experience, excellent writing and communication skills, creative ability to simplify complicated financial data, superior organisational skills with keen attention to detail, willingness and capability to take ownership of products/deliverables, comfort working independently, and advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
