We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our dental clinic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms
• Sterilize and arrange dental instruments
• Take dental X-rays
• Perform routine polishing.
• Manage patient records and ensure their accuracy
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized environment

Qualifications:

• Coronal polishing certificate is a must
• Experience with Dentrix, is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
• CPR certification is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish is desirable
