Office days/hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Tuesday 12:00pm-6:00pm Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

What we need from you:• State Dental Hygiene Licensure• Local Anesthesia/ Laser/ Nitrous Oxide- if applicable based on the state• Active CPR Certification
