Pearland Signature Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Pearland, TX

Private practice conveniently located across from Costco and Chick-fil-A in Pearland is looking for an office administration/Insurance and patient Coordinator. Applicant should have strong computer proficiency (experience with Open Dental is a BIG plus) and great phone/in-person skills.

Duties include but not limited to:

Verification and coordination of insurances

Scheduling patients

Treatment planning presentation

Effectively communicate with patients regarding their insurance benefits

Preparation of insurance claims

Following up with insurance payments and A/R

We have a welcoming, friendly office environment so we need a personality that will complement that. In addition to technical skills, an Insurance Coordinator must be compassionate, articulate, fun to work with and reliable. Therefore a great, outgoing personality is a must. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.

Applicants must be a strong team player, have a positive attitude and be detail oriented. Must be able to handle difficult situations with a positive outcome and be able to multitask. We value good communication and organizational skills, energy, and the maturity to be a team role model. Salary starting at $14-18/hr depending on experience, with potential to grow with the practice. Please have at least 1 year experience, 2 is preferred.
