Pearl Healthcare is looking for talented Nurse Supervisor RN to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent supervisory, communication, organization skills and be passionate about caring for our residents. This is an Evening Position.
Position Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all nursing staff (Certified Nurse Assistants, RN/LPN's)
• Manage the staffing schedule and assignments
• Manage nursing call offs
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy
• Make daily rounds of unit and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service.

Candidate must have the following:

• Promote and facilitate teamwork
• Demonstrate a high standard of ethics
• Dependability
• Knowledge of nursing and medical procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Able to make independent decisions
• Demonstrate excellent customer service

Job requirements:

• Licensed Registered Nurse – RN
• CPR Certified
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
