Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have painting or construction management experience and a proven track record of successfully leading a crew. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our painting projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone to come in and grow with our team. Ideally you will learn and grow in the foreman role and progress into the role of Production Manager as the company grows. We will invest and train the right person even if they do not have experience in painting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of painters
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines
• Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and company standards
• Monitor and maintain quality control
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers
• Assist with estimating and job costing as needed

Requirements:

• Previous painting or construction management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and push a crew to achieve results
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Durango, CO: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
