“A " Players only! Take charge and lead a motivated team. Report directly to the owner of Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. (15 team members) and leadership team. Our expectations are high, our culture is best in class, and we take care of our team members and clients. You will have ample support, coaching, and time to understand and master the various deliverables required.
The ideal candidate is happy where he/she is currently employed but is interested in a more self-directed work environment and responsibility. Flexibility and autonomy will require you to be very organized, efficient, and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance.

Among other things, you will be solely responsible for the following:
· Maintain our marketing strategies to get people into our office to meet with our advsiors.
· We currently do lots of workshops in the community, we are on TV and Radio, we have a podcast and YouTube channel, we just wrote a book that we market. You would be responsible for maximizing these funnels and finding new opportunities as we grow into a nationwide brand.
· Demonstrates an alignment with the company’s core values.
· Project Management – lead the research, design, implementation of new systems and software.
· Reports – ensure the CEO has the reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business.
· Training – provide initial training and ongoing professional development for our Marketing Department
· Quarterly Check-Ins – Meet with employees in our marketing department quarterly to discuss their Scorecards, areas of coaching for improvement and praise for achieving their results.
· Participate in on-going Self-Improvement.
