We are a fast-growing financial planning firm located in Columbus, Ohio, seeking an individual with a passion for serving others and a friendly personality. This individual will be responsible for engaging and providing exceptional service to prospective clients after they show interest in one of the many marketing funnels our firm has (TV, Radio, Book our CEO wrote, Kiplinger articles, YouTube, Podcast).
Minimum Requirements:
- Friendly and optimistic personality
- Ability to get things done with little oversight
- Desire to obtain long-term employment
- Polished phone skills
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- Calendar management
- Strong follow-through
Main Responsibilities:
- Calling/texting/emailing prospective clients and current clients to get them scheduled with our financial planners
- Keep notes of all calls made in our CRM system
- Consistent follow-up with prospects
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
