Manufactured Housing (MH) is a home that is constructed primarily or entirely in a controlled factory with quality materials and products and then transported to a site where it is placed on a foundation. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the manufactured home buying process.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:
