Premier Dental Center, located in Bulverde, TX, is growing and adding an experienced Registered Dental Assistant, Monday through Thursday, to our established and patient-centric family practice. Our ideal Registered Dental Assistant will be passionate about providing the highest service to our patients daily while supporting our Dentist chairside and working well in a large team setting. Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome patients to the dental office, escorting them to treatment rooms
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Order dental supplies and keep track of dental supply inventory.

Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant in the state of TX is required
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant is required
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to perform regulated surgical and nonsurgical tasks
- Strong computer skills Denticon is preferred but is not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well-organized and reliable
- High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
