Premier Dental Center, located in Spring Branch, TX, is growing and adding an experienced full-time Lead Registered Dental Assistant to our established and patient-centric family practice. Office Hours:

• Monday-Thursday- 8:30 am-5:00 pm
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - CLOSED

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome patients to the dental office
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Ordering dental supplies and keeping track of dental supply inventory.

Requirements

• 3- 5 years of proven experience as a Registered Dental Assistant is required
• Familiarity with a wide variety of dental instruments and proficiency with 4-handed assisting
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and standard sterilization methods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Personable, friendly, and a good team player
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• Strong computer skills - Denticon experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma; graduation from dental assistant school is required
• Being bilingual is a plus!
