Peak Community Church is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Fort Collins, CO

Purpose: To equip and support Peak Community Church by providing office support for the congregation, its ministries, and church leadership.

Peak Community Church is a growing downtown church. We're very much a community, and the office administrator plays an integral role to our life together. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, thinks about systems, can work alone, and is comfortable being part of a community.

General Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the church office in a way consistent with the vision and mission of Peak Community Church.

2. Coordinate all congregational communication.

3. Maintain the church calendar and facility scheduling.

4. Provide support for all church events.

5. Support Treasurer and bookkeeper to maintain church finances.

6. Oversee cleaning.

Specific Responsibilities (note: this is not comprehensive.)

The Office Administrator is primarily responsible for providing office support to church leaders, including Pastor, Staff, Council, and ministry leaders.

  • Coordinate all communications with pastor and other leaders (physical mail, e-mail, phone etc.)
  • Help coordinate Sunday morning worship: bulletins, slides, schedule volunteers
  • Print and stock church materials (flyers, seat cards, banners, etc.)
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Maintain office supplies and machines
  • Stock church supplies (janitorial, kitchen, hospitality, etc.)
  • Issue and keep track of building keys
  • Schedule or delegate van maintenance and use
  • Coordinate meal train meals (births, illness etc.)
  • Collaborate with pastor, others, on social media communication
  • Compile Annual Report and church directory

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
