Description
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and making recommendations
- Serving beer in a legal and professional manner
- Table service
- Use point of sale software to ring in sales
- Washing glassware
- Sweep floors, dust, wipe tables between guests
- Organize and restock merchandise
- Clean bathrooms and mop floors. Clean kitchen area.
- Stock walk-in cooler with backup kegs & stock taproom to-go fridge with 6-packs.
- Self-motivation and ability to work with a limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
- Strong judgment and professional maturity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Two years minimum experience working in the craft beer industry or in retail/customer service preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Willingness to have fun and meet new people
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and move 160 lbs. safely
