Human Resources / Payroll Specialist - Harleysville, PA

Peaceful Living is seeking Human Resources / Payroll Specialist. The Human Resources/ Payroll Specialist will work to support both the Human Resources and Accounting departments by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of various functions within the departments. This includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of employee bi-weekly payroll.

Essential Job Functions

  • Process employee payroll, bi-weekly using ISolved and MITC
  • Process new hire paperwork in the HRIS system
  • Lead open enrollment activities with support from the insurance broker
  • Process 403b payroll contributions
  • Assist with updating ISolve with position, location, and salary changes
  • Ensure employee physicals, driving licenses, registrations are in compliance with licensing regulations
  • Maintain all supporting documents such as request for time-off and employee timesheets, where applicable
  • Serves as back up to Billing Specialist
  • Serves as back up to Accounting Clerk
  • Non-remote position

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, billing and/or payroll
