Peace Pie Company is an artisanal pie shop located in Marquette, Michigan. Founded in 2015, Peace Pie Company began as a small operation at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market. After years of dedication, perfecting the craft of pie baking, and continuous support from the community, Peace Pie Company opened its doors in March of 2024. We are committed to offering handmade pies and baked goods made with quality ingredients and crafted with creativity. About the Role:
The Front of House Manager is a crucial member of the team whose role is to oversee the front of house operations and customer service aspect of the business. This person should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to resolve issues in a prompt, professional manner. They should be able to lead a team, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the front of house
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized storefront
- Communicate and coordinate with team members & other managers
- Manage and train new employees
- Implement and enforce all policies, procedures, training programs, and cultural values
- Be a Peace Pie team player and embrace peace and love everyday at the pie shop!

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in team management within the food service industry a plus
- Strong knowledge of food service management and safe food practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience
