PDX Renovations is Hiring a Real Estate Analyst Near Vancouver, WA
As a Real Estate Analyst, your primary focus will be producing high-quality, in-depth analyses of potential residential real estate acquisitions, encompassing fix-and-flip, buy-and-hold, and short-term rentals. Your role necessitates precision, consistency, patience, and a commitment to completing tasks meticulously. You will be responsible for providing Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) and After Repair Value (ARV) valuations for properties, as well as assessing the strengths and weaknesses of proposed transactions. The ability to "green light" or "red light" acquisitions based on financial analysis and local market conditions is integral to this role. Understanding the potential and risks of deals is vital to our business, making your role exceptionally significant.
