PDQ STAFFING is Hiring a Warehouse Admin (FT) Near Lancaster, TX
Location: Lancaster, TX 75134
Shift: 9:00am -5:30pm OT
Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $19.00/hr.- $20.00/hr. DOE
Paid Weekly! Temp-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Working with operations management, leads, and coworkers to ensure all unselected orders, stock withdrawals, inventory transfers and Distribution Center reports are completed as required.
- Performs all computer functions necessary to complete the job.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leader.
- Distribute customer orders for picking, packing and shipping to warehouse personnel.
- Process all B.O.L.
- Manage timely pick-up and delivery of all customer and interplant shipments.
- Answering calls and emails from customers.
- Updating / creating spreadsheets and various records.
- Maintain data integrity, documenting and reporting all service issues as they relate to inventory control.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must pass 10-panel Drug Test.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have extensive software skills, Internet research abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced excel and word skills.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented and multitasking skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass criminal background check case by case.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, vendors and customers.
