Responsibilities

JOB OBJECTIVES:

Develop and maintain data analysis application using AI/ML

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create, document, and maintain application software that analyzes data raised during equipment operation and provides applicable information to the users of the equipment.

Utilize existing AI/ML algorithms to apply the most efficient algorithm in the given situation.

Provide technical expertise and support to Support team

Participate in iterative development process with cross-functional teams

Participate in activities such as collaborative coding, unit testing, and compliance with coding standards to enhance quality of produced software

Improve skills, developing strengths, and increase in expertise

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Strong fundamental understanding in Data Science, AI, and ML

Practical experience of building data analytics applications using AI/ML

Strong design and coding skills in python

Understanding of software development life cycle

Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Qualifications

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Understanding of cloud technology and cloud platforms

Understanding of modular and object-oriented design principles

Experience developing software using revision control software (git or TFS)

Experience creating automated tests

Experience with SEMI Equipment Communication Standards

Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and experience

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, related engineering degree, or proven industry experience

10 years of experience in software engineering in general, and 5 (for Bachelor) and 3 years (for Master or above) years (in the 10 years) of experience for developing application software or components using AI/ML
