As an Operations Manager at PCMS, you would be in charge of managing employees, supplies, conducting team meetings, inventory and supply orders. This is a working manager position. 

All PCMS supervisors are working supervisors, you WILL be expected to do daily housekeeping tasks. 

BATON ROUGE AREA 

1. Must have the ability to come to work.

3. Excellent communication skills
4. General computer knowledge or a willingness to learn
5. Ability to create spread sheets and PowerPoints for reports or a willingness to learn
6. Ability to stand for a length of time
7. Ability to bend, squat, push, pull, and lift
8. Housekeeping experience
9. Supervisory experience
10. Learn and know all PCMS cleaning techniques, products, and principles.
11. Must have flexible availability. Must be able to work some nights at his or her assigned facilities that are delegated by the Corporate Office.
