We are looking for the next passionate, service-minded Account Executive professional to join our team and grow with us.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to work out of our HQ in Beltsville, MD. This is a sales position. The ideal candidate is comfortable calling prospective customers as well as going onsite to meet with clients. The role is a 60-40 hybrid remote with customer site visits as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute established sales strategies to target customers 
• Identify, qualify and prioritize sales opportunities 
• Effectively utilize resources like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and/or Costar
• Meet, or exceed, established sales revenue goals 
• Sell full portfolio of PCM’s services
• Build effective knowledge of our company, customers, competitors, and the local commercial real estate market 
• Establish and build long term trusted relationships 
• Participate in various networking opportunities 

Essential Competencies, Experience, and Education

• Experienced in Salesforce / ZoomInfo / Salesloft / Microsoft Suite
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record 
• Experienced with calling property management or construction trades is a plus
• Knowledgeable of commercial property services is a plus (Asphalt, Concrete, Electric, Paint, Landscaping, Snow removal, Power washing, Restoration, Construction)
• Superior time management, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills 
• Consistently demonstrate commitment to teamwork and success 
• Deep understanding of sales cycles and importance of a strong customer experience 
• Comfortable speaking with and entertaining clients on the phone and in person 
• Helpful to colleagues, curious, and resourceful 
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
