The Guest Services Ambassador will :

• Develop a deep understanding of guest expectations and proactively identify potential issues and attentively respond to guests' needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their overall experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in responding to customer requests and complaints with professionalism and politeness.
• Manage and process corporate sales of gift cards, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering a seamless service to corporate clients.
• Regularly update and maintain master reports related to various aspects of the establishment, including groups, buses, gift cards, strollers, and grand savings cards, keeping essential data up-to-date for management reference.
• Keep records of all discounts offered, such as those for AAA members, AARP members, VIP customers, military personnel, and students, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
• Regularly monitor the Food Court area to address safety issues promptly and maintain a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Receive and efficiently manage all incoming service requests, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Offer administrative assistance to the management team, providing support for various tasks and projects as needed.
• Serve as support staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and assemble gift bags as required for groups and events, paying attention to detail and ensuring a delightful presentation.

Education and Experience :

1 years of Customer Service Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
