As an Insurance Sales Producer at New England Insurance Group, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clientsDuties and Responsibilities:Generate new business by identifying and pursuing leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold calling.Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.Educate clients on different types of insurance coverage and policy options, including Group and Individual Health, Dental, Vision & Life, Worker’s Compensation, and Disability Insurance; General and Professional Liability, including Director & Officers, Errors & Omissions; and Property and Casualty, including Commercial Auto Insurance.Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends and developments.Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.Maintain accurate and up to date client and sales records in the company’s CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
