PCF Insurance is Hiring a Data Management Analyst Near Lehi, UT

Job Summary:The Data Management Analyst will collaborate closely with the Director, Agency Management Systems and Migrations and Senior Data Management Analyst in support of systems management and corporate general data management including the M&A acquisition integration process, as well as implementation of key organizational initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and newly acquired agencies to spearhead the transition and conversion processes for Agency Management Software, specializing in Vertafore AMS360 and play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting agencies, guiding them from older or non-standard software to the streamlined Vertafore AMS360. Working within a dynamic team, you will ensure comprehensive understanding of the product, take charge of testing and acceptance efforts, and address any reported errors from end users, facilitating seamless adoption. This position will perform complex research and analysis to support operations with a broad latitude for judgement. This individual works closely with various business units as well as external vendors. Duties and Responsibilities:Develop expert knowledge of all Agency Management Systems (i.e., AMS, Image Right, Benefit Point, etc.) utilized by PCF including third-party integrations as well as various data integration tools and solutionsIn conjunction with the Sr. Data Management Analyst and/or third-party vendor(s), lead and coordinate the implementation of Agency Management Systems for agencies, overseeing deliverables and monitoring progressWork with key stakeholders to develop and implement a plan for reviewing source data, fixing incorrect data, identifying and collecting missing dataResponsible for managing master system data, including best practices and standards for creation, updates, and deletionAccountable for system administration modules, develops relationship with system vendor to support, troubleshoot and resolve system and end user issuesSupports system enhancements, test plan execution and participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionalitySupports process enhancements and varied special projects to attain key performance improvements or reduce riskResponsible for data conversion and merger activities including ensuring quality and accuracy of data and data mappingsTranslates conversion data points to the agency users, explains end user insurance information or processes to the vendor as it relates to the conversion processProvides direction to the Business Units as needed with respect to any systems quality control and/or best practice related issuesResponsible for data reporting and communication/coordination with various departments and operational reports for managementInterprets and analyzes report results identifying relational causes and trends and providing actionable recommendations to business units and leadership based on trend analysisIdentifies and provides recommendations on efficiency improvementsProvides weekly status reports to managementPerform other related duties and/or projects as assigned Qualifications:5 years' experience in the insurance industry and / or experience in applied business, operations, Information Technology, or insurance data reporting requiredBA in related filed preferred: or equivalent of education and experienceExposure or familiarity with business integrations after the sale or acquisition of a business / brokerage is preferredKnowledge of Vertafore Agency Management Systems (AMS360, Image Right, Benefit Point) preferred as well as other Agency Management SystemsBusiness Analyst experience a plusProject Management experience preferredOutstanding interpersonal and communications skills, project coordination experience, and flexibilityStrong technical, analytical, data analysis and mathematical skillsAdvanced expertise with MS Office products and other common corporate workplace tools requiredMust be able to consult and advise others and work well with internal/external stakeholders of all levelsProven effective project management skills and extraordinary drive for resultsSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities with demanding timeframesWillingness to adhere to all principles of confidentialityMust value operating in a collaborative work environmentAdaptable and open to adopting new practices and proceduresWillingness to travel occasionally if required (up to 10% - 20%) Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Schedule: Full-time. Location: RemoteBenefits: Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401K
