PBS Facility Service isseeking an Overnight Doorman Supervisor to lead and manage a team of doormenduring nighttime hours, ensuring the continual delivery of exceptional serviceto our clients. The Doorman Supervisor will be responsible for team trainingand development, fostering a cohesive team culture, and ensuring that daily andweekly performance targets are met.

What you will do:

·Overseeand manage the overnight activities of the doorman team, including scheduling,coverage, training, and performance evaluation.

·Demonstrateeffective leadership skills to motivate and inspire the doorman and securitypersonnel.

·Collaborateclosely with team members to achieve individual and company objectives.

·Exhibitinnovative thinking to resolve issues and adapt to changing situations.

·Displaya willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

·Possessexcellent communication skills, particularly in managing critical situationsprofessionally.

·Manageand resolve client complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

·Ensurethat all doormen adhere to building rules, regulations, and comply with safetyand security procedures according to PBS standards.

·Beavailable to respond to emergencies or provide assistance 24/7.

·Showcasestrong time management and multitasking abilities without direct supervision.

·Communicateeffectively in English, and proficiency in other languages is a valuable asset.

·Createand update the personnel schedule every two weeks, accommodating emergencyrequests.

·Fosterpositive relationships with team members and attend team meetings as necessary.

·Conductregular site visits to engage with employees and offer support.

·Trainnew hires and regularly assess their performance.

·Ensureemployees adhere to company policies and building regulations.

·Documentall interactions and discussions with team members.

·Handlecustomer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

·Reviewdaily clock-in and clock-out times and make necessary adjustments.

·Confirmhourly check-ins from staff.

·Communicateall overnight activities to Director and day shift supervisors forassurance.

Qualifications:

·HighSchool Diploma or equivalent required.
