Job Description:
As a General Manager at one of our client's independent automotive repair shops in Montgomery, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of the business. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that the shop operates efficiently, delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of automotive technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of shop operations, including inventory management, scheduling, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
