Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and verify insurance information
- File and maintain patient records in an organized manner
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Transcribe medical documents accurately and efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental office is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and management
- Familiarity with Dentrix or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Spanish is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
