The Instructional Designer is part of the Revenue Enablement team. We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to develop and design learning experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. Working with a diverse set of learners across the revenue-generating organization, you’ll employ a creative approach to learning technology solutions, including technical role-based skills, sales/servicing skills, payments industry domain knowledge, compliance, technology, and essential process knowledge to help our technical teams more efficiently and to help our servicing teams provide a world-class support experience to our existing merchants. As part of a global team, you will need to be able to think strategically about how to create training by role and region with a strong emphasis on execution excellence.
