Job Description Summary: Director Identity and Access/Scope Management (IAM) is a crucial part of our organization and will be the subject matter expert for core aspects of the IAM / Authorization Platform and connecting with Account Protection policies. This is a key role with high visibility and will be responsible for advising leadership on ways to evolve. This position protects the brand, company, and employees by re-defining and promoting an IAM strategy that adapts to address continually evolving threats while streamlining and offering seamless customer expereince. This senior-level individual contributor will develop partnerships across the organization including one or more areas of Web and API security, Access Governance, User Lifecycle Management, Identity and Authorization policies and power platform for Risk Services.

Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on assigned Identity / Authorization services, including one or more of: Access/Authorization/Scope Management, SSO/App switches, API/Web Security and IAM Operations
• Develops and delivers assigned identity and access management projects and roadmap goals
• Understands and advises on Authorization governance / streamlining integration policies / adopting upgraded security standards.
• Maps architecture options to business needs
• Relates intents to scopes and creates provisioning policies/framework.
• Utilizes leadership skills to communicate and present strategic company goals into an actionable product execution roadmap
• Drives initiatives to transform Access / Scope provisioning and lifecycle management, leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enable a frictionless user experience
• Evolves the strategy and operating model to suite the customer / integration needs (internal / external facing)
• Acts as change agent, leading significant transformational initiatives within the organization

May perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

• Expertise in IAM principles, processes, and technology solutions
• Demonstrated success in establishing strategic objectives and driving tactical execution of initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives
• Subject matter expertise across all facets of IAM, Security and Scope /Access Management, SSO, OAuth, and identity platforms
• Ability to quickly grasp the technicalities and relate to functions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within scope of responsibility
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Typically a minimum of ten years of experience, with a minimum of five years in Identity / Security / Access / Risk management
• Passionate to work on core authentication/authorization platform.
