Pay 'n Time is committed to offering extraordinary service with innovative products. Established in 2003 and located in San Jose, California, Pay 'n Time is a locally-owned and operated company providing Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR services.
We are looking for a Payroll Accountant. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service to existing and new clients. It is critical that payrolls be accurate in order to maintain client satisfaction, and that communication with clients be kept professional and with a spirit of alacrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Interacts with numerous clients to assist with their payroll

* Enters pay period payroll information
* Processes and validates payroll for accuracy
* Closes, prints and arranges timely delivery of payroll
* Loads new clients into software
* Enters company, employee, and payroll history
* Programs new clients into our Human Capital Mgt system
