Pax is looking for Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors to join the awesome group at our Seven Hills Suites hotel in Tallahassee. As our Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, you'll have a pretty laid back position but an extremely important one! You are the first face every guest (and potential guest) sees when they walk in.

Well then we think you have what it takes! Hospitality experience REQUIRED -- What we're looking for especially is professionalism, a great attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate.

Responsibilities (Front Desk Agent):

• Providing the best possible customer service at all times
• Assist guest with check-ins/check-outs
• Handle guest registration, room assignments, and accommodate special requests whenever you can
• Resolve guest complaints or concerns
• Provide guests with information on the hotel/services, directions, local attractions, check-cashing, safety boxes, etc.

Responsibilities (Night Auditor):

• Ensure every guest receive a TripAdvisor card and solicit for a glowing review according to POP
• Complete the 10-5 rule with everyone that enters the hotel according to POP
• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel direction
• Check maintenance list to in ensure rooms that are rent-ready are removed from the list every shift
• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts
• Maintain wake-up call service daily
• Run nightly reports ensuring daily financials balance according to property’s POP
• Repost the craigslist ad’s every shift
• Complete daily cash deposit log
• Complete and sign off on the daily checklist (before clocking out at shift's end)
