Responsibilities Admissions and Marketing Director: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans specifically tailored to the long-term care sector.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, and community outreach to enhance the visibility of our long-term care services.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for growth in the long-term care market.
• Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a compassionate and supportive experience for residents and their families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to assess the suitability of potential residents for long-term care services.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, and admissions data for reporting and analysis.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to drive referrals.
• Represent the facility at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our long-term care services.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the facility's capacity and capabilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and share success stories, testimonials, and positive outcomes in long-term care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information about our long-term care services.

Qualifications Admissions and Marketing Director: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on long-term care or healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of the long-term care industry, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies for long-term care services.
