NOW HIRING: Medical Records and Transportation Coordinator

Medical Records and Transportation Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate medical records for residents in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Process requests for medical records from healthcare providers, residents, and family members in a timely manner.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for residents to medical appointments, outings, and other activities.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of transportation services, including scheduling drivers and maintaining vehicles.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to medical records, such as data entry, filing, and record retrieval.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to support resident care and transportation needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of medical information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Medical Records and Transportation Coordinator Qualifications:

• • Proven experience in medical records management and/or transportation coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in medical records administration or transportation services is a plus.
  • Serious applicants 
  • Interest in the geriatric population
