A Place of Growth is Hiring a Mental Health Therapist Near San Diego, CA
Group practice where all of your hours are paid not just the sessions completed. Ongoing training including DBT, ACT, Gottman, CPT, PE, Grief and Loss, and CBT-I. Also, work-life balance with a 4-day work week. We are only open7a-5:30p Monday to Thursday so no working late on the weekend or in the evenings. Comprehensive benefits package including (medical, dental, and vision, - covered at 75% and life insurance, 401k plan, and those all start day 1 following the first hire date. Sick, PTO and Holidays.
Responsibilities:
3-5 minutes of note-taking
Follow mandated reporting requirements
Safety planning is required
Weekly consultation is provided
Trainings via Psychwire are provided.
Qualifications:
Full Independently Licensed Therapists in the state of California
Knowledge of the use of Electronic Health Records
Documentation 3-5 minutes
