Assistant Restaurant General Manager “AGM” – (Salary Bonus)

What we seek:

· Experience in managing a high-volume location (2.0 million )

· P&L Responsibility

· Scheduling Experience

· At least 2 years of Assistant General Management experience - preferably in QSR, fast food, fast casual, or counter service.

· Stable work history, professional, energetic, hard-working and reliable.

· Positive Attitude

Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily shift

· Continual improvement and focus of the guest experience, service, and interaction

· Quality control of food and beverage.

· Maintain energy and overall ambiance including music, lighting, and cleanliness

· Ensure proper hiring, orientation, training and development of hourly employees

· Assist in planning, budgeting, forecasting financials, and P&L

· Administer human resources and risk management compliance issues

· Scheduling and labor control

· Adhere to financial budgets

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
