Job Summary:
We are seeking a PART-TIME Assistant Manager to oversee some of the daily operations of our small boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, helping with housekeeping, overseeing another housekeeper, and front desk duties. This is a part-time job requiring 20-30 hours per week.
Duties:
- Help with overseeing all aspects of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services (needs to have the ability to cover if others are on vacation)
- Manage and motivate staff to meet high standards
- Implement and maintain high standards for cleanliness and maintenance throughout the resort
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on resort operations
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
