Sales professionals in the Paul Miller Motor Company must be dedicated to the pursuit of exceptional customer service at all times. Our sales professionals come from a wide variety of backgrounds, from entry level to career-changers to experienced career salespeople. What unites our sales team is a strong desire to succeed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer service is our number one priority. We strive to provide each and every customer with a five-star experience every time they visit our dealerships; as such, our sales professionals must be dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers.
  • Our sales professionals are the experts on our vehicles. New sales professionals will complete comprehensive training on our product line (Ford, Mazda, and/or Pre-Owned) and are expected to keep up with the latest product developments to answer questions and help customers find the best vehicles for their needs.
  • Beyond assisting customers in the dealership, sales professionals will follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales, as well as supporting online customers through our internet sales office.
