Job Duties

• Set sales appointments
• Manage internet sales leads by calling, emailing and texting customers
• Answer inbound sales calls
• Promptly respond to chat and internet sales inquiries
• Complete assigned daily task in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, to ensure all customers are being followed up with in a timely manner
• Promptly follow up with no show appointments and confirm all set appointments
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information to help educate buyers and ensure they have everything necessary to move forward with the car buying process
• Work as a team with all sales staff and management

Compensation

The right candidate will be compensated a set weekly amount PLUS commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
