The Paul Hastings New York Office is seeking a 3rd-6th Year Associate for the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group. Candidates must have significant experience counseling private equity sponsors on a variety of transactional matters and other corporate transactions involving private investment funds. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $250,000 and a maximum of $370,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
