Paul Hastings is seeking a 5th-6th Year Tax Associate with transactional tax experience, including substantial experience advising clients on the tax aspects of renewable energy transactions that qualify for tax credits. Candidates may be based in any of the following offices: New York, Los Angeles, Houston or Washington, D.C. Excellent academic credentials and substantial law firm experience are required.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $365,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
