The Los Angeles office is seeking a junior associate for the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice with experience in private equity funds, advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring and capital raising. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidate must be admitted to the California Bar or willing to pursue admission to the CA Bar. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $225,000 and a maximum of $250,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
