Reports To: General Manager or Owner
What does an Exterior Division Manager with Paul Davis do?
  • Manage exterior projects from initial call to completion of the project.
  • Meet with Homewowner and adjuster as needed.
  • Complete estimat, reaching agreed cost and scope.
  • Continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations of others.
  • Schedule repairs and manage sub-contractors.
  • Final wak through and collection of balance.
  • Be part of a growing business!
Exterior Division Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an EDM, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.

  • Base commission on projects completed. Our current EDM's yearly base pay of $60,000 with added bonus structure. No limit to earning potential.

  • Ability to lead and develop team

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Construction project management experience is welcomed if willing to learn a new process. If limited experience but you meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
  • Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly GS&R
  • Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B.
  • Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
  • Recruit sub-contractor installers
