Responsibilities:
- High level performance of water mitigation, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis Restoration and industry specifications under the supervision of Mitigation Manager.
- Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation for dry-out jobs.
- Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
- Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- 1 or more years as an experience as a Demolition and/or Mitigation Technician.
- Willingness to work in fire, smoke and/or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required).
- The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- A professional appearance and great attitude.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Complete a drug test.
- A high school diploma or a GED certificate
