Paul Davis Restoration of North County San Diego are industry leaders in the areas of property damage mitigation, contents cleaning and storage and reconstruction. Our company is growing rapidly, and we have an immediate need for a Mitigation Technician. We are looking for A-Players to join our business, so if you strive to continuously improve and can work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, we have the perfect position for you!
Responsibilities:
  • High level performance of water mitigation, and mold remediation services according to Paul Davis Restoration and industry specifications under the supervision of Mitigation Manager.
  • Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation for dry-out jobs.
  • Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
  • Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years as an experience as a Demolition and/or Mitigation Technician.
  • Willingness to work in fire, smoke and/or water damage (safety is important, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided by the company when required).
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
  • A professional appearance and great attitude.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Complete a drug test.
  • A high school diploma or a GED certificate
