- Base salary plus commission on projects completed from referrals generated. Current Sales Rep's yearly pay range from $90,000 to $125,000 depending on results. No limit to earning potential.
- 2 or more years of sales or marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to utilize company's customer relationship software (training available).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to clients, customers, and peers.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration Values and Basics
- Schedule and make routine visits with clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and associations.
- Report on client interactions and next steps.
- Review and discuss sales performance with Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Work with peers to promote company brand via email, social media, and additional marketing tactics.
- Discuss and review sales and marketing plans with Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Self-motivated and driven to get results
- Outgoing and loves working with clients and customers
- Effectively schedules and plans ahead while maintaining flexibility
- Thrives under high performance environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and social skills
- Is succinct and professional with written communication
- Enjoys taking care and serving of others in their time of need
