Seeking a professional cleaner. People who want to work. The cleaner will maintain all employee spaces to employer standards. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and positive attitude a must. The right person must PASS A BACKGOUND CHECK, have transportation, be punctual, be dependable, thorough but FAST.

• Dusting and cleaning surface areas, and counter surfaces
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of floors
• Using vacuuming equipment
• Dispose of trash from bins and containers
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in bathrooms
• Cleaning window doors, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment supplies and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products

Cleaner Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to work well alone, and with a partner or team
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
• Excellent time management skills
• Pay ATTENTION TO DETAIL when cleaning
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long

lengths of time, ability to lift up to 25-30lbs. You will be on your feet 4 hours.

• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.'
