**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Day Porter to join our team. The Day Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

**Duties:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed

- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas

- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

**Skills:**

- Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning

- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

- Good communication skills to interact with staff and visitors effectively

- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
