Job Description:

This position will be based in Atlanta, GA but a successful applicant could work remotely from anywhere in our 10-state footprint (NC, SC, GA, AL, FL, VA, OH, TN, KY, and AR). The Service Contract Coordinator I provides support for the entire Contract Service department. This position will act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians. Will be responsible for receiving and processing service requests from customers, dispatching service technicians to customer locations, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

• Respond to incoming service requests received via phone, email and leads.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain the Preventative Maintenance calendar.
• Follow-up on open service tickets with P2 techs and customers.
• Work closely with vendors for parts quotes and create PO’s as necessary.
• Close out service tickets and prepare for billing.
• Responsible for vendor warranty claims.
• Coordinate billing processes with customers and Accounting Department.
• Order repair parts.
• Oversee returns for credit of warranty/surplus items
• Support and assist the Sr. Service Contract Coordinator.
• Database data entry and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
